Pandora Updates, Work and Films....

This week has been kinda busy, what with helping people with issues/support for our ColdFusion tags sold through CFTagStore.com, working on my latest work project and adding features to Pandoras Box

First off, Pandoras Box: Tonight I added another bunch of features and ready to roll out Version 1.3.0

This version has the following additions:

• Fixed flicker issue on duel monitors
• Replaced the tray icon to one that supports balloon notifications
• Added balloon notifications on change of song/artist (This is optional)
• Added the ability to copy the current song/artist to the Windows clipboard
• Warning balloon when there is a problem importing radio stations

Next additions will include revisiting Last.fm support. I just got my Plug-in ID from Last.fm (Thanks Russ!) I also have 2 brand-spanking new features I think you'll all like but I am staying quiet about these until I get them implemented. Someone is tracking my footsteps :-)

Tonight, I went to see The Queen. What an interesting film. I used to be very anti-monarch and thought the whole thing was a load of bollocks (Still do really) but this film showed the monarch as a bunch of real people flung into a position and in a way isolated from the real-world through no fault of their own. The characters were protrayed well and most of all quite likable. Well worth going to see. One thing of note : If they called it The Queen & Diana instead of The Queen they probably would have 4 times as many people going to see it.

Apart from that, work is busy. Up to my balls fixing bugs and getting the next phase finished. Lots of interesting problems to solve which makes a project interesting.

Rain is shit though. Driving tonight was the worst rain I ever experienced in 10 years driving. It was like a solid wall of water at one stage!
